Description

A solicitation is to be released for the renovation to the interior of office spaces within a government office building. Area to be renovated is approximately 12,635 SF. Construction requirements include, but are not limited to, the following: • demolition; • interior finishes/construction; • mechanical/HVAC; • electrical/lighting; • plumbing; • structural; • site work and; • haul away of waste material. Project location: Building 1651, NAS JRB, Fort Worth, TX 76127. In accordance with FAR Provision 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 with size standard is $36.5 million. Tentative date of solicitation release: 28 July 2015 Estimated construction times: Three hundred sixty-five (365) days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed Tentative closing date for Proposals: 28 August 2015 at 1200 PM Central Time In accordance with FAR 6.203 this acquisition is to be set-aside for 100% Small Businesses Contract type: Firm Fixed Price All inquires shall be via email only.
