Description

VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease up to 6,000 rentable square footage in Denver, CO for use as a Veterans Center. The space must be on no more than 1 floor (ground level) and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for a minimum of 25 vehicles is required of which 2 are handicap parking spaces. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North = Colfax (287), South = Hampton (285), East: I225, West = S Colorado Blvd (2) in the metropolitan area of Denver CO. Prospective Offerors are advised that the VA will consider the relocation costs, including the physical move and the voice and data systems move, when deciding whether it should relocate or pursue a sole-source acquisition. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
