Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a need for the provision of Primary Care Services and Mental Health Support within the bounds of Blackwell, Oklahoma, in the form of a Community Based Outpatient Clinic for eligible Veterans living in Kay County and the surrounding counties of Oklahoma. The contractor shall furnish health care providers, medical facilities, equipment and supplies, emergency-fill pharmaceutical prescriptions, and administrative functions to fulfill the support of enrolled patients. A Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity contract using a capitated rate with an estimated panel size reimbursement method is proposed. Acquisition is being procured as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, applicable NAICS code 621498 Outpatient Care Centers, size standard $20.5M. Solicitation to be available on or about June 25, 2015 with proposals due approximately 30 days from the issue date, 3:00pm central time. All questions FOLLOWING issuance of solicitation to be submitted via email within ten (10) calendar days after issuance to Laura.Watts@va.gov, using VA256-15-R-0616 in the subject line (no telephone requests will be responded to). Answers to questions will be provided via solicitation amendment. No electronic proposals will be accepted.
