- 1. The Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Acquisitions, intends to award a sole source contract to Partnership for Public Service for a membership to the Federal Human Capital Collaborative. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price with a total period of performance of 60 months. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a single source." Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any responses to this notice of a contract action shall be submitted to Anke C. Taylor at taylorank@sec.gov no later than Friday, 26 August at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. 2.
