- Questions and Answers provided to this DRAFT solicitation. They are provided in response to industry comments and questions regarding an anticipated future Request for Proposal (RFP) for various pistol ammunition. RFP W52P1J-15-R-0001 - Offerors questions and answers - June 19, 2015 Page 105- Section L, Number 2. Proposal Submission Requirements Question (1): Volume I, Technical Approach 75 pages Due to the requirements of Volume I, Technical Approach (2 sub-factors plus 10 supporting requirements); will the Government allow an additional (50) pages? Question 1. Answer: Yes, the Government will allow Volume I, Technical Approach (2 sub-factors plus 10 supporting requirements) an additional (50) pages. Technical Approach Volume I will be revised to 125 maximum pages in the RFP. Question (2): Volume II, Past Performance 25 pages plus 5 pages for each major subcontractor Due to the requirements of Volume II, Past Performance (6 sections plus 13 supporting requirements); will the Government allow an additional (25) pages? Question 2. Answer: Yes, the Government will allow Volume II, Past Performance (6 sections plus 13 supporting requirements) an additional 25 pages. Volume II, Past Performance will be revised to 50 maximum pages in the RFP. Page 109-Section L, Volume III, Small Business Participation Factor 25 pages, Number 1 (e). Subcontractor Socioeconomic Status Question (3): Will the Government allow an exclusion on page count for System for Award Management (SAM) certifications which are a requirement of the Small Business volume? Question 3. Answer: Yes, the Government will allow an exclusion on page count for SAM certifications: the System for Award Management (SAM) certifications, Subcontractor written certifications, and any Dynamic Small Business Search DSBS) profiles (required for HUBZone SBs). These pages are excluded from the page count.
