Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1501 San Pedro Dr SE, Albuquerque, NM, 87108 has a services requirement at the physical location of: Cooperative Studies Program, 2401 Centre Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106-4180, for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for installation of vinyl flooring and any sub-base materials plus any trim materials such as cove base. Area to be covered is approximately 1148 sq ft (+/-5%). Area should be verified by vendor prior to ordering material. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in accordance with the contract drawing and Statement of Work, both are referenced in the solicitation. A non-mandatory job walk is scheduled for: June 25, 2015, 10:30AM, at the following location: Cooperative Studies Program, 2401 Centre Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106-4180. For timeline of jobwalk and required submittals, see Statement of Work. The period of performance is 60 days. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be posted to this same web site. This notice itself is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quote. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation.
