- Statement of Work Accomplish Boat Repairs and Alterations Update, of the USS COMSTOCK's (LSD-45) 7MRB0409. This requirement's pre-solicitation was originally posted on FBO from 7 May 2015 - 21 May 2015 under solicitation N55236-15-Q-0119. This is Total Small Business Set-Aside. Work to be accomplished at contractor's facility along the West Coast. Contractor shall pick up and deliver the craft via Trailer to contractor's facility and back to Naval Base San Diego upon completion of availability. The vessel is available for inspection from 22 Jun 2015 to 30 June 2015. Coordination for the inspection may be done by contacting Ed Hennessey, (619) 572-3345. The successful offeror will be required to have a NAVSEA approved Quality System (IAW NAVSEA Standard Item 009-04), approved and in place at time of contract award. QP-1 Certification NOT required for contractor.
