- The Louisiana National Guard intends to award to a small business set-aside sole source contract with a base year and four option years under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) to Career Training Concepts, Inc., a VOSB, to provide Help Everyone Achieve Respect (HEAR) books, a copyrighted program that is owned by CTC. The program and the workbooks are proprietary and available only from CTC and available exclusively to the National Guard. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests for a copy of the solicitation will not be honored. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responses received within 1 days will be considered.
