Description

SF30 The solicitation N00421-15-T-0312 is issued as a brand name procurement. This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Tonoga Master Sheets, under the authority implemented by (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). The requested material has already passed shock and vibration test. This procurement is set aside for small business in accordance with Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. All responding vendors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 4:00pm Eastern, 22-May-2015. Only brand name responses will be considered. Award will be made on an all or none basis. All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil. All other information is in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ).
