- Statement of Work THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Secretary through the Program Support Center, Acquisition Management Services, intends to award a twelve (12) month with potential for four (4) twelve (12) month option periods sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) using simplified acquisition procedures to Optum Labs, Inc, 1 Main Street 10th Floor, Cambridge, MA 02142-1599. Please find attached the Statement of Work in detail. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and is exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, Competition Requirements. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541712 and the Size Standard is 500. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed IDIQ based upon responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government. This action is under the authority of 41.U.S.C.253(c) (1), as set forth in FAR 13.106-1(B) (2). Responses to this posting must be submitted in writing via e-mail only. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
