No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The Crane division, Naval Surface Warfare Center is seeking prospective sources for continuation of non-personal engineering services to support the existing These services shall support the repair depot facility at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) for the OT-209/ALQ-99F(V) Transmitter-Antenna Group, Low Band Transmitter and its variants and derivative systems (hereafter referred to as the LBT). These services shall support the troubleshooting of LBT Shop Replaceable Assembly (SRA) components as well as LBT test equipment, software and ancillary equipment. This includes the continuation of software development, software/firmware upgrades to existing systems, software maintenance, source code, existing systems modification, Trouble Report analysis, meeting support, test support and training and development. This is not a system development announcement. Any duplication of costs for system development including Operating Systems, firmware code, hardware, Government testing, qualification and validation will be at the contractor's expense.
