Description

This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this sources sought announcement. The main purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is to identify potential vendors that are capable and qualified to provide Basic/Expanded Cables Television Subscription Services at the West Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS), located at 300 Veterans Blvd., Big Spring, Texas 79720. Cable Television Subscription Services, to provide all materials, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, testing, and maintenance necessary for patients and residents of the Community Living Center and Domiciliary at the Facility. This procurement action is being considered as SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business) set-aside. The period of performance (POP) will include a base year, plus four (4) option periods. "Notice of Interest" shall reply by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time Tuesday, July 14, 2014. Responses should be emailed to sandra.martinez3@va.gov. All email correspondence for this project must reference the RFI Number and Project Title in the subject line of the email: VA258-15-N-0511, Big Spring, Texas - Cable Television Subscription Services.
