Description

Purpose of this amendment to the Presolicitation Notice is to issue for comment a draft Statement of Need (SON). In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 15.201, Exchanges with Industry Before Receipt of Proposals, a draft SON is made available (see attached 'Draft Statement of Need 16 June 2015), the purpose of which is to familiarize interested sources with this acquisition and invite comments, and to facilitate proposal preparation. Please submit any comments or recommendations via email to the attention of the contracting officer, David Chittenden, david.chittenden@va.gov, not later than close of business 24 June 2015. NOTE: This is not an official Request For Proposals, the solicitation is scheduled for issuance on/about 1 July 2015.
