Description

SF18 Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on 06/22/2015. Solicitation N00421-15-T-0381is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Dy 4 Inc. dba CWDS, for Radar Processor Boards under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Primagraphics Ltd is the Original Equipment Manufacture and retain the proprietary data rights. Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's intial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
