- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is Manifold Assembly for NSN 1650-01-444-4742, for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 234 each; critical application item. The required delivery schedule with is 165; The approved sources are CAGE 97499 Bell Helicopter P/N 901-366-314-103 and CAGE 98441 Parker-Hannifin P/N A7766-3; FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 30 June 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
