Description

The purpose of this requirement is to provide Base YEAR contract + 4 Option Years of Conference Room Equipment Services for the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Sioux Falls VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS) located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The service provided shall be performed in such a manner as to assure the safety and welfare of patients, visitors and staff. The SFVAHCS is located at 2501 W 22nd St., Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 57105. The Contractor shall provide the following for all Audio/Visual equipment to include projectors and displays within Rooms 147, 351, D39, 506C, 124, and 124a (Education Center), and CLC2 Conference Room within the SFVAHCS. -Unlimited telephone support - within 2 business hour response time -Priority onsite support - onsite within 8 business hours -Unlimited operator training and re-training -Unlimited support for user-error -Repair or replacement of equipment failures (Minimum 5 Years of Coverage) (No Deductibles) oContractor shall be responsible for all Parts, Labor, and Freight charges -Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing and replacement of all expendables as required by manufacturer's maintenance instructions (For example projector lamps, filters, etc.) -Monthly Software and Firmware updates -Biannual system re-certification -Asset tracking -End-of-life reporting -Recycling disposal of equipment -Loaner flat screens up to 50? and tabletop projectors -Upgrade options for multiple-year coverage -Annual account review -Warranty and claims advocate
