Description

JEFO FY 15-0208 Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) has provided on-site assistance to S&T FRG to support program and technical management, program planning and oversight, financial management, and technical website administration functions across the broad scope of First Responder activities. Pending the competitive award of a new task order, this bridge task order was awarded to continue the level of quality of mission critical Science Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support provided by BAH. Task Order HSHQDC-15-J-00179 was awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton against existing IDIQ contract HSHQDC-13-D-00036. This award was made pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(B) using the exception under FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). The Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) number is FY15-00208 and was signed May 7, 2015. A copy of the JEFO is attached.
