- Packsaddle Gravel Crushing Solicitation Maps and specifications Packsaddle Gravel Crushing on the Bridger-Teton National Forest General Information Document Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Type: RFQ Posted Date: June 9, 2015 Response Date: June 23, 2015 NAICS Code: 212321 Set-Aside Total Small Business Solicitation No.: AG-02NV-S-15-0060 Contracting Office Address: Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, R-4 IDAWY Acquisition, 1405 Hollipark Drive, Idaho Falls, ID 83401 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a request for quote (RFQ) No. AG-02NV-S-15-0060; proposal due date is June 23, 2015. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 82, effective as of May 7, 2015. Attached, you will find a Statement of Work for Packsaddle Gravel Crushing for the Bridger-Teton National Forest, Greys River Ranger District. Quotes are due No later than 1:00 pm MST, June 23, 2015 please provide a price and any additional product literature. The selection process will consist of a Best Value source selection based on price, vendor's ability to meet technical specifications, meet delivery time frames. Under a Best Value source selection, non-price evaluation factors, when combined are equal to price. However, the Contracting Officer will not select an offeror for award on the basis of a superior capability without consideration of the amount of the price. All proposals shall include the following information: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider price and vendors ability to meet technical specifications and delivery times lines. Quoter shall supply any other material that will provide the Government with product information to evaluate their quote. The Government will consider all quotes received until the time of contract award. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 212321. In order to be considered a small business under this NAICS code, employment shall not exceed 500 employees.
