Clarification VA244-15-R-0478 Warren CBOC Lease Pre-offer meeting, 6/4/2015. The following is a clarification resulting from questions at the pre-offer meeting that took place at the Erie VA, Surgical Conference Room, 3rd Floor. Room listings are duplicated in solicitation VA244-15-R-0478. Please eliminate pages 124 and 125. Use page 137 and 138 for the room listings. Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) design requirements are mandatory but still in draft. Design system should be utilized for clinical and patient flow.
