- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for personal service to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary. The Contractor health care provider shall provide the personal services of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers and Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Practitioners or Advanced Practice Nurses certified to perform services. The Government is anticipating awarding a FFP Contract. The anticipated contract will be for a base period of performance 01 SEP 2015 thru 30 AUG 2016 with 4 one-year option(s). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621330, and the small business size standard is $7.5. This acquisition is being issued as 8(a) set aside. The Service Contract Act of 1965 as amended applies to this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a RFP and will be posted at Fed Biz Ops (http://www.fbo.gov) electronically, on or about 19 JUN 2015. NO HARD COPIES will be provided; no phone call will be accepted. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that will be considered by this Agency.
