- REVISED EXHIBIT 3 SPECS AND DRAWINGS REVISED RETURN PACKET REVISED SOLICITATION SF 30 AMENDMENT 1 USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests has a requirement for Parking Lot Improvements at the Alpine Ranger Station, 42634 HWY 180, Alpine, AZ 85920. The intent of this work is to make repairs to existing parking lot which will involve demolition and reconstruction. All of this work is covered under the Davis-Bacon Act. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Proposals (RFP) format. The estimated range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Businesses under the NAICS 237310. The Government anticipates awarding Firm Fixed-Price contract. The Request For Proposal (RFP) will be available (uploaded to www.fbo.gov) on or after May 29, 2015. Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Special attention should be paid to the submission requirements/instructions in Section L and Section M of the solicitation. The Site Visit has been scheduled for June 3, 2015, 10:00 a.m., Alpine Ranger Station, 42634 HWY 180, Alpine, AZ 85920. Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in PDF file format to the Contracting Officer (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met) wabbott@fs.fed.us on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation. CHANGED -- The Closing Date and Time for responses to this RFP has been changed to July 2, 2015, 4:00 p.m. MST (State of Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).
