Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-15-Q-0254 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to identify, label and install the NFPA 70E Arc Flash assessment label from the first Over Current Protective Device (OCPD) down to each point of the building's electrical systems at Fort Custer National Cemetery located in Augusta, MI 49012 and Great Lakes National Cemetery located in Holly, MI 48442 with a period of performance of 45 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 238210. Size standard of $15.0 million is applicable. Award will be made on a lowest priced technically acceptable basis utilizing the following criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around June 5, 2015. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., June 26, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
