Description

Clauses Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings RFQ This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Anticipated award date: 10 days after close of solicitation. Quotes are to be received no later than 1:00pm on 16 June 2015. Email quotations (preferred) will be accepted to crystal.d.life@fletc.dhs.gov. Wage determination: General Decision Number: GA 150172 dated 01/02/2015. Scope of Work: Collect runoff from roof downspouts and route into new trench drains to be constructed across adjacent driveways to outfall into adjacent grass yards. Performance period: Work is expected to commence NLT 10 days after award is made, this time is allotted to ensure proper access to the FLETC. Site visit is scheduled for 10 June, 2015 at 10:00am. Contractors should contact the contracting officer via email to be added to the visitors list for access. This will be the ONLY site visit. Vendors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) prior to close of this solicitation. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The contractors SAM registration must in in an "ACTIVE" status prior to award. Also, the listed NAICS code must be listed on their SAM registration to perform this type of service.
