Description

The US Secret Service (USSS) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a contract to PPG Industries, Inc. of Huntsville, AL for Flat Panel Ballistic Glass for a one time purchase to supply upcoming National Special Security Events. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
