The RFP is included as attachments to this announcement. Please note that Industry's comments from the draft RFP have been responded to and can be found in the Phase 2 bidders' library. Interested contractors may request access to the Bidder's Library by emailing the Agreements Officer and must obtain and sign a Non-disclosure Agreement prior to being granted access to the Bidder's Library. All information in the Bidder's Library is at the unclassified level. Response from small business is encouraged. Proposals must be submitted to this office no later than 23 June 2015 at 0900 Pacific Time in accordance with instructions outlined in subject solicitation. Questions in reference to this RFP must only be addressed to the Agreements Officer. DISCLAIMERS AND NOTES The Aerospace Corporation, a Federally Funded Research and Development Center, may be involved in reviewing proposals submitted by offerors. In this capacity, the Aerospace Corporation is bound by appropriate non-disclosure agreements with the Government.
