Description

J&A The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award a sole source fixed-price contract to CQ-Roll Call, Inc for an online subscription under Library of Congress FEDLINK IDIQ LC14C7126. The subscription shall include access to exclusive news and analysis, advanced legislative tracking, reporting and notification, committee coverage and additional sources. The period of performance is June 2, 2015 – June 1, 2016. The authority for this award is FAR 13.106(b), soliciting from a single source; Purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this notice. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation.
