Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: *The purpose of this modification is to change the term of the procurement to TEN (10) years, TEN (10) years firm. A. Statement of Requirements: The Government seeks office and related space, yielding a minimum of 25,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 35,000 ABOA SF. The proposed term of the lease is for TEN (10) years, TEN (10) year firm. We would require 20 surface parking spaces, and 2 structured parking spaces. The desired area of consideration is described in the Delineated Area below. Delineated Area: North; NE 2nd Street, South; Las Olas Boulevard East; Federal Hwy, and West; NW and SW 1st Avenue Additional Requirements: -The space offered must include a 2,669-3,000 ABOA SF space, sub-divided or located in a different - Space located above the ground floor must be serviced by an ABAAS compliant elevator. - Buildings under consideration must be "Class A" buildings which are typically newer or recently refurbished and characterized by a full complement of on-site services. - Offered space must be in close proximity to the Fort Lauderdale, FL Federal building. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety and accessibility. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. B. Projected Dates: Expressions of Interest Due: May 25, 2015 C. Required Information: Expressions of interest must be submitted and emailed to: Micah Parsons, Lease Contracting Specialist, micah.parsons@gsa.gov 7771 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 119 Sunrise, FL 33351 Or submitted to the above addresses by 3:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on May 25, 2015 Expressions of interests must include the following information: • Building name, address, and the location of the available space within the building. • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. • ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Also, indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date the space is available. • Building ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and available per local code. • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of building services provided.
