Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs will award an "other than full and open competition", sole source contract with Olympus America, Inc. for URF-P6 Ureteroscopes. This is an urgent requirement and is administered in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). This requirement is for: Department of Veterans Affairs Spokane VA Medical Center General Warehouse, Bldg 14 4815 N. Assembly St. Spokane, WA 99205 This notice satisfies the requirement of FAR 5.202(a)(2), to publicize the proposed contract action.
