- J&A The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks a Contractor to clean the AFT Ventilation System aboard a USN Submarine. The location is at PHNSY & IMF, Fleet Maintenance Submarine (FMB). The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for this requirement. The estimated period of performance is June 15, 2015 - July 10, 2015. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classifications System Code and the small business standard for this procurement are 336611 and 1,000 employees respectively. Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) or Solicitation Number N32253-15-T-0030. The solicitation is scheduled to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about June 1, 2015. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the SAM database to receive any contract award or payment. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov.
