Description

RELAY ASSEMBLY, 5945-01-514-7164, P/N: 900034. MFR: WYLE LABORATORIES INC. Solicitation N00421-15-T-0352 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Wyle Laboratories Inc., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Wyle is the manufacturer and the only company that can furnish the Relay assembly that meets NAVAIR's time frame for fleet support. This is an expedited requirement therefore closing date is firm and no extension will be granted. ***Basis for Award*** This is a sole source requirement with Wyle Laboratories. ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted.
