Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number: VA258-15-Q-0424 Amendment#: A00003 The purpose of this Amendment (A00003) to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation VA258-15-Q-0424 is to do the following: 1.Answer the following questions received from interested offerors: Question 5: Is the volume only 45 Routine EEG per year? Less than one per week? Answer 5: The estimated service volume based on current need is 45 Remote EEG Interpretations per year. The weekly service volume may fluctuate based on need for that particular week; however the anticipated service volume for this requirement is 45 Remote EEG interpretations per year. Question 6: What EEG Manufacturer's equipment (and Model) will be used to acquire the raw EEG recording? Answer 6: Cadwell Easy III EEG unit (46 channels). Question 6 (1): Does it have the capability to download data to a CD or thumb-drive? Answer 6 (1): No. Question 6 (2): Does it have the capability to access the Internet? (i.e., Ethernet port for wired connection or WiFi card for wireless connection)? Answer 6 (2): Yes. 2.Update the CPT code for the required service within the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation from 75816 to 95816. 3.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
