U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Georgia City: Atlanta Delineated Area: Begin: at Cheshire Bridge Road at LaVista Road; Continue NORTH on Cheshire Bridge Road to Buford Highway, turn RIGHT heading NORTHEAST; Continue NORTHEAST on Buford Highway to Chamblee Tucker Road, turn RIGHT heading EAST; Continue EAST on Chamblee Tucker Road to Interstate 285, turn right on I-285 heading SOUTH; Continue SOUTH on I-285 to LaVista Road. Exit on LaVista Road and turn right heading SOUTH; Continue SOUTH on LaVista Road to Houston Mill Road. Turn LEFT heading SOUTHEAST; Continue SOUTHEAST on Houston Mill Road to Clifton Road. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Atlanta, Georgia which will expire September 30, 2016. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. An approved JOTFOC (Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition) will be posted in accordance with regulatory requirements. Expressions of Interest Due: By 5:00 P.M.
