- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Administrative Services, which is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. M67004-15-T-0083 IS BEING ISSUED as a Request For Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. This requirement is an 8(a) competitive reservation to the Small Business Administration under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The requirement will be solicited and awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for commercial Administrative Support Contract Services in accordance with procedures prescribed in FAR Parts 12 and Attachment #1 to this notice. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation; is considered to be the best value to the Government. The FAR/DFAR Clauses/ Provisions that apply are listed in Attachment #1. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 561110 “ Office Administrative Services. Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees applies. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple, or no awards resulting from this solicitation. Offerors responding to this announcement must provide their Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number. Contractors must be registered in SAMS and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to be considered for award. The United States Marine Corps utilizes WAWF as its ONLY authorized method to electronically process vendor requests for payment. If your business is not currently registered to use WAWF-RA, visit the WAWF-RA website at https://wawf.eb.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Email (preferred), written or facsimile quotes must be received by the closing date. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Marine Corps Logistics Command Contracts Dept. Email (preferred) or faxed quotes with a cover sheet and all of the above required information.
