THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can provide a roll-up door 620 series (8ft wide x 9 ft. high) and perform the installation service for the Asheville Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville NC 28805. All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to melisha.bradley@va.gov. In response, please include the following: "Company/individual name, address, and point of contact with phone number "Information describing your interest "Tax ID number, DUNS number, and Capabilities statement If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). The NAICS 332321 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of 500. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov prior to award of a contract. Information is needed quickly. Your response is required by tomorrow, May 29, 2015 at 9:00 AM EST.
