- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses in identifying Brand Name or Equal products for the item listed below. Especially seeking GSA Contract items. No solicitation is being issued at this time. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The White River Junction VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), 215 North Main Street, White River Junction, VT 05001 has a requirement for the following item. Item: Decontamination Station w/Hydraulic Leg Lift System, 116' X 25", 8" splash 3 compartment (25X18X10D) Manufacturer: Claflin Medical Equipment Salient Features and Characteristics: In addition to meeting the same specs as the suggested item, any equal item must possess the ability to be adjustable. The appropriate NAICS Code 423450 Email statements of capabilities to corey.labbe@va.gov outlining your company's capability and provide the business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov) for the above referenced NAICS code. Your responses must be submitted by 3:00 pm (EST) on Tuesday May 26, 2015. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this sources sought notice are not considered adequate responses to any future solicitation announcements.
