- SOW NOTIFICATION OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD (BRIDGE CONTRACT) The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award a Sole Source a 30-day bridge contract (includes two 30-day option periods) to GTW Consultants & Associates, LLC., 5726 W Hausman Road, Ste 100, San Antonio, TX 78249-1651 in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DHRA requires contractor administrator support services to ensure Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) operational effectiveness in Seaside, CA., Boyers, PA., and Alexandria, VA. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated herein and in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 and Part 15. See uploaded PWS for a description of the requirement.
