- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Paramount Delineated Area: City of Paramount Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,178 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,880 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 66 Parking Spaces (Surface): 66 Gated / Fenced / Secured Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 240 months Firm Term: 180 months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Agency shall have 66 parking spaces that are fenced and secured for their exclusive use. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease (IS) required. Offered space shall not be in the (100) year flood plain. "Expressions of interest welcomed only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of agreement authorizing representation." The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Governments requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
