Yes - The data cables currently located above the access hatch on the 7th floor are to be relocated by the contractor. 6.What are the hours during which the equipment can be brought to the 7th floor and lifted through the access hatch? After normal working hours - 4:30PM 7.In the elevator equipment room, there are a number of signs posted that designate the areas around the equipment as confined spaces. Does the space still qualify as a confined space if the elevator under construction is isolated from the moving parts of the adjacent in-service elevators? Are there any permit-required confined spaces on this project? The confined spaces of the elevator equipment room are designated that way only for protection of unauthorized personnel in this area. The elevator room does not have a confined space. Only the pits and the access hatch located on the 8th floor are classified as confined spaces. 8.There is an asbestos spec in the bid documents yet under the General Project Notes, Note #19 on Drawing 01-A001 states asbestos and lead are not anticipated to exist in the work area.
