- This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Critical Application applies. The NSN is as follows 6150-00-288-6245, 155 day's delivery. FOB Origin. The source of supply for this NSN are DCX-CHOL Enterprises, Inc. (60118) part number 117D2921. Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 38 each. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
