- Past and Present Performance Questionnaire Wage Determination AFI 44-108 Infection Control Checklist Pricing Schedule Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is 100% set aside for a Small Business. The solicitation number is DOVERLinen and this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 and DFARS Publication Notice 20150129. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 812332 and the size standard is $35.5M.
