FBO DESCRIPTION/ MINNEAPOLIS LITTER/STRETCHER SERVICE Provide sufficient vehicles, drivers, and attendants when required to transport patients of the Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS), Minneapolis, MN 55417 by stretcher/litter in accordance with the specifications of this Request for Proposal. Drivers, attendants, and vehicles must meet the qualification standards listed herein. The quantity of trips and mileages indicated in the Schedule of items are estimated only and are based on historical data. The Government makes no guarantee that the estimates will become actual quantities of trips or mileages.
