- This construction project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and incidentals necessary for but is not limited to the installation of a new Alarm System on the existing holding tank at the Sanitation Loop, rehabilitation of the existing boat ramps at the Lake Owen boat landing site and the construction of a new Overflow Parking Lot, and the installation of 3 new SSTs for the Two Lakes Campground and other incidentals required to complete the project as shown in the Specifications and Drawings. Contract is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. The anticipated period of performance for the entire project is 120 days with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2015. NOTE: Prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award on a Federal Government Contract.
