Description
GSA is seeking to lease space in Valrico, FL. STATE: FLORIDA CITY: VALRICO DELINEATED AREA: NORTH: MLK/HWY 574 EAST: DOVER ROAD SOUTH: BLOOMINGDALE AVE WEST: KINGS BLVD MINIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA): 10,533 USEABLE SQUARE FEET PARKING REQUIREMENT: Meet local code or in absence of onsite parking shall be avaliable at a rate of 1 per 200 rentable square feet of minimum square footage leased. PARKING REQUIREMENT (SURFACE): Meet local code or in absenc of onsite parking shall be availiable at a reate of 1 per 200 rentable square feet of minmum square footage leased. ADDTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: - Office space must be contiguous on on floor. ("Storage and IVT rooms may be separated from the main office be a public corridor"). - If upper level space is offered space requires two (2) accessiable elevators to the proposed space. - Subleases are not acceptable. - The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expression of Interest must include the following information in order to be deemed compiant and be eligible for furthere consideration in this procurement: A. Agents must provide written authorization to represent buildings ownership; B. Building name and building address; C. Building ownership information, including contact information for Owner or Authorized Agent; D. Floor plan of proposed space; E. Rentable square feet available; F. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet and the Common Area Factor; G. Date of space availibilty; H. Available parking and a detailed Site Plan showing available parking; I. Flood zone classification certication or current FEMA map with building location noted; EXPRESSION OF INTEREST DUE : June 15, 2015 MARKET SURVEY (Estimated): Within 30 day after sumission of interest.
