- Solicitation for NSN 5975-01-583-3775 / 0057525953 / SPE4A6-15-R-0729 / Rod, Ground / Quantity: 374 each. A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price. No Quantity Option. This is a non-critical item. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. The item is sole source to Tegam, Inc. (Cage: 49374), P/N 13162/4 and Tegam, Inc. P/N R1L-C-GR1. This is a non-commercial item. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Orginating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
