- Draft SOW This amendment is to include a Sources Sought announcement pursuant to PGI 206.302-1(d)." The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is soliciting potential sources for the repair of slightly modified commercially available interface boards and processor cards used in the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Navigation Processing Units (NPUs) and the Universal Keyboard (UKB) as follows: PP 402/041-25E (Estimated Quantity of 42), PP PMC/202-05EU (Estimated Quantity of 21), and PP 200/013-99 (Estimated Quantity of 60). The DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) attached to this Sources Sought Announcement outlines the specific level of support required. Interested businesses should review the attached DRAFT SOW and submit capability statements reflecting their companies' capabilities to provide the effort described in the SOW. Note that the SOW is only a DRAFT and may change when the solicitation is issued; however, the core requirement will not change. The anticipated NAICS code is 334418 with a size standard of 500 employees. The anticipated contract will contain a 12 month base ordering period plus two 12-month option ordering periods for a total combined 3 year total potential ordering period. The total potential ordering period will allow for a total combined estimated quantity of 123 units to be ordered. Interested companies should include the following information in their responses: (1) CAGE CODE (2) Description of their capability of performing the requirements in the draft SOW; (3) Name and address of firm; (4) Size of business including average annual revenue for past three years, number of employees, and status: Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8 (a), Women-Owned, HUB-Zone, Veteran- Owned, and/or Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Business; (5) Represent ownership including Country of Ownership, System for Award Management (SAM) information, and DUNS Number, if available; (6) Number of years in business; (7) Two points of contact including: name, title, phone, fax, and e-mail address. There is no specific format or outline submittals must follow. Summaries should be no longer than 10 pages in length. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/.
