Solicitation number: FA8118-15-R-0049. 3. Service/Spare/Repair/OH: Spares. 4. AMC: 3C. 5. Item: F-16 Valve Assemblies. 6. NSN: 1660-01-052-5355. 7. P/N: 979196-2-1. 8. Description: Valve Assembly modulates response to a signal from a remotely located sensor to add hot air as needed to water separator anti-icing and cockpit temp control. Dimensions: 6.150" (length) x 4.7" (width) x 6.8575" (heighth). Made of assorted aluminum, cres, silicone. Three-year requirements contract is contemplated. All quantities are estimated. 9. Total Line Item Quantity: Best Estimated Quantities are as follows: NSN Year 1 Year 2 Year 3 1660-01-052-5355 26 EA 12 EA 14 EA 10. Application: F-16. 11. Destination: SW3211, DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma. 12. Delivery: 15 EA per month beginning 150 days after receipt of order. 13. Qualification Requirements do not apply. This requirement is sole source to Honeywell International (CAGE: 59364). 14. Export Control: Not Applicable. 15. UID Note to Contractor: UID Note to Contractor: If unit price of item (not remanufacture cost) exceeds $5,000, then UID requirements will apply. 16. Applicable Tech Orders: 15A2-3-101-3. 17. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
