- Upcoming Environmental Management Business Opportunity Forum The next Office of Environmental Management Business Opportunity Forum has been scheduled for June 10, 2015 from 1-3pm. Topics will include a discussion on status of ongoing and upcoming procurement opportunities. You are cordially invited to join us at the event to learn about the latest news on doing business with the Office of Environmental Management. The event will be held in the large auditorium, ground floor in the Forrestal Building. There is no charge to attend, but pre-registration is a must. To do so, please contact Ms. Carol Ward at carol.ward@em.doe.gov by June 5, 2015. Please provide your name, title, company name, and if U.S. citizen. If you are from the following states, American Samoa, Arizona, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Oklahoma or Washington, a passport or other identification that comports with the REAL ID Act will be required to gain entry. For those individuals with current HSPD-12 badges, please inform Ms. Ward at pre-registration. In order to provide companies an opportunity to voice their individual views openly with DOE, separate company appointments will be available in conjunction with the event. These short dialogues will be with Mr. Jack Surash, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Acquisition and Project Management, Office of Environmental Management on June 11 th. Appointments will be available in 15 min increments throughout the day. Once the June 11 th appointments are filled, appointment times will be available on other days dependent on Mr. Surash's schedule. For those interested in an appointment with Mr. Surash, please indicate so during pre-registration. For this Business Opportunity Forum, we will be offering WebEx capability.
