- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 3 NSNs (2590-01-533-6745, 2590-01602-8178, 2590-01-603-9368). An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a 3 year base and 2 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Small Business Size Standard is 1000 for NAICs 336992. Solicitation will be 100% Set-aside for Small Business. This solicitation is for three NSNs that have associated drawings and specifications. These NSNs may have unique characteristics associated with it such as QPL, PVT, special quality codes, drawing distribution restrictions, etc. These requirements will be detailed in the Solicitation. In order to obtain Technical Data, contractors can refer to the Tech Data tab at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. DLA Collaboration Folders (cFolders) https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. The solicitation will be available on 06/04//2015 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/. Inspection/Acceptance is at origin. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
