Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Headquarters, United States Marine Corps, NAF Business and Support Services Division, Quantico (MR), VA hereinafter collectively referred to as MCCS is soliciting proposals for the operation of a nationally branded, short order, fast casual or quick serve restaurant.. The national brand may include a secondary national brand to meet the day part requirements as a co-branded operation. The secondary brand must meet the same requirements as the primary brand for contracting compliance.
