- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price (FFP) task order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-10-G-0004 or subsequent BOA with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), Melbourne, FL. The purpose of this order is for the procurement of FMS Card Operating Software Licenses for existing AFMC FMS cards for the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye (AHE) aircraft, in accordance with the E-2D AHE Full-Rate Production (FRP) configuration and functionality. As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the E-2D aircraft weapons system, NGSC is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to provide the required supplies and services.
